COVID-19 Latest Update

Dear Customer,

Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement last night, we want to ensure you that as a distributor of food and essential supplies we are classed as a key industry and therefore our business will remain open.

However, we also need to observe the Government guidelines that no one should leave their home unless absolutely essential, so are in the process of enabling our office-based staff to work from home. We are trying to minimise any additional disruption to our current service over the next 24 hours whilst we implement these changes.

Our warehouse will remain operational, with additional social distancing measures introduced to try and protect our key workers. This will ensure that we can continue to provide you with the food and healthy essentials that your customers need.

Update to our ordering process from Wednesday 25^th March:

Telephone orders – wherever possible, please email your order to order@treeoflife.co.uk and our team will process it as quickly as we can.

Fax orders – we are still accepting orders by fax to 01782 562845, but these will not be entered in our system until the following day, so please expect a slight delay.

Our office hours remain 8.30am – 5.00pm as usual.

We will continue to monitor and review our processes as this situation evolves and will update you as to any plans or changes to our services.
